Audrey Kodye, M.Ed

Slave Lake, AB

Do you wish to feel calm, relaxed, confident and happier, in a profound and lasting way? Perhaps, you can tell that anxiety is starting to get in the way of your work and relationships but very few people know that you struggle because you look like you "have it all together". Audrey can help. In fact, she founded "Overcome Anxiety Psychological" especially for you!

Audrey obtained her Master's degree in Psychology in 2013 and is certified in T.E.A.M-CBT, a cutting-edge approach to the treatment of anxiety and related disorders and issues. Audrey chose T.E.A.M-CBT because she strongly believes in this approach, which transformed her life in a profound and powerful way, after she had been struggling with anxiety for years. She therefore made a commitment to train extensively in TEAM-CBT so she could help others benefit from it.

Audrey draws from a wide range of methods and techniques, so that you may collaboratively find one or several that are powerful in bringing you relief.

As a therapist, her practice is rooted in:

Empathy
Fast relief
Lasting results
Transparency, so no part of therapy is secretive nor mysterious, and you ultimately become an expert in helping yourself.
Professionalism
Approachability
Non-judgement
Choosing a psychologist who has the training as well as the professional and personal experience to help you conquer anxiety and related issues effectively, is now a no-brainer, wherever you happen to live in Alberta!
